On the Internet we’ll find definitions of NPL like: “NLP Therapy differs from traditional hypnosis” – “NLP Therapy is a short-term, goal-oriented and practical therapeutic approach to solving problems” – “NLP is used for personal development and for success in business” – “NLP is the science of modelling the patterns of human behaviour” and the list could go on, it seems, forever.

Personally, my favourite statement about NLP comes from Joseph O’Connor as he states “NLP is the art and science of excellence, derived from studying how top people in different fields obtain their outstanding results”.

“There is no magic, only magicians and people’s perceptions”

NLP works with the internal processes of the mind, successfully removing problems that people believe to be deeply in-grained or even hereditary.

Our mind works on strategies, processes, values, emotions, language, states, that outcome in behaviour. By working with or "re-programming" the mind we can simply change a strategy or release the attachment to emotions, it is therefore possible for everyone to get rid of major issues.

NLP remains an elegant and timely technology, with increasing relevance to 21st century life.  With a growing emphasis on systems thinking, mind-body medicine, substance abuse and antiquated educational models, NLP can offer unique and creative ways to:

  • Revolutionize  the way you perceive and store visual, auditory, physical and emotional information
  • Reduce stress as you teach your brain to work for you, not against you, in all situations
  • Energize and streamline your verbal and written communications
  • Learn to catch yourself in non-productive behaviours
  • Radically enhance your understanding of people’s actions and communications, why they say what they say and do what they do
  • Inoculate yourself against the capricious turns of external events with a strong identity capable of weathering any storm
  • Ground yourself in positive and effective belief systems that produce immediate results
  • Learn to recognize and create “congruence,”  that graceful state of “flow” where you feel confident, competent and at ease
  • Discover the wisdom within you and  forever change the way you relate to yourself and others

while enhancing

  • Personal growth
  • Mediation and negotiation
  • Leadership skills
  • Public speaking skills

everyone can increase their “performance”

  • Lawyers,
  • Negotiators and Mediators
  • Managers, Human Resource and  Service Industry professionals
  • Salespeople
  • Writers and Public Speakers
  • Politicians and Diplomats
  • Artists and Performers
  • Law Enforcement
  • Private and Public sector leaders and professionals
  • Parents

Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a technology, a science, a technical method of achieving a practical purpose.  It is a professional communication skill that will enhance your personal and business relationships and create endless opportunities to create meaningful and influential connections. It is a dynamic model designed to maximize human potential and creativity in every area of experience. What happens as a result of a session is in the client’s hands. Past problems can be explored and NLP techniques can be used to set the client on a path towards achieving his or her goals; a high level understanding of the way we all communicate both verbally and non-verbally.

NLP can help in an uplifting trust in yourself, in your decisions, in your beliefs and your ability to change and adapt to your constantly changing environment, in your dynamic and generative learning experience with limitless possibilities for growth and expansion.

NLP is not a manipulative or ‘brain-washing” strategy.
